The idea was to pull the blogs of the games design students who started in October 2009 into this Jaunty Jackalopes blog, but I'd forgotten that 2009 was the year we decided to have a go at using the "blog feature" of the Wolsey VLE, the UCS implementaiton of Blackboard.
Needless to say, the blog feature proved to be awkward, cumbersome and ugly.
While the students managed to make some blog posts, and some comments were posted as well, the actual blogs *don't* have an RSS feed and it seems impossible to create a feed that would give blogger the means of displaying the material contained within the rigor-mortis like proprietary grasp of the Wonderful Online Learning Support Environment, Yeah.
That should explain why we've resorted to Blogger. Its easy. It's accessible. It just works.
